What are your operating hours?
Happy Mobility’s operating hours are Monday to Sunday, from 7.00am to 6.00pm. After hours availability are required to be pre-booked.

Does Happy Mobility do wheelchair passenger transport?
Happy Mobility specialises in wheelchair passenger taxi services to Doctors, Hospitals, Rehabilitation, Church and Shopping to name a few. Bringing freedom and independence to differently abled community, by providing a friendly, professional, and stress-free total mobility taxi service.

Does Happy Mobility vehicles come with a wheelchair Hoist or a ramp?
All Happy Mobility vehicles have either a wheelchair hoist or a wheelchair ramp.

Does Happy Mobility do Bariatric Wheelchair Hoist?
Happy Mobility has one of the longest and the widest hoist in New Zealand. Hoist length 1600mm x Width 920mm and loading capacity of 500kgs. Enough space to take stretchers with an assistant on it.

How many wheelchairs can a van take with Happy mobility?
Happy Mobility has various vehicle sizes ranging from one wheelchair up to five wheelchairs at a time. Just reach out to us for more information.

Do you have to be elderly or disabled to use Happy Mobility?
No. Happy Mobility provides companion services to the general community as well. If you need our help, we are there for you.

Booking confirmation sent to you by text, has a link to track your driver on their way to pick you up so that you know exactly where they are.

Will the driver come to our door and help us?
Our drivers are always willing to go the extra mile. They come to your door and assist you to the vehicle. If required and informed in advance, they even come with a portable ramp to take you down a couple of steps.

Does Happy Mobility accept Total Mobility Cards?
Yes, we accept Total Mobility Cards. Happy Mobility are a licensed Total Mobility Taxi Service operator for Auckland.

What’s the discount available on Total Mobility Cards?
Total Mobility customers can receive a 75% discount off taxis fares, up to a maximum fare cap of $80 per trip. For trips over $80, Auckland Transport will only pay a maximum subsidy of $60 subsidy. The following table shows examples of how fares are calculated after the 75% discount.

Gift Vouchers are a perfect way of gifting your loved ones. Yes, Happy Mobility do Gift Vouchers as per your requirements with a validity of 12 months and it can be used over multiple rides. It also comes at a 10% Discount on the full value.

Does Happy Mobility have an App?
Yes, Happy Mobility have an App that allows you to make your own bookings and also cancel them, if required.

Can we track our ride on the Happy Mobility App?
Yes, you can track your ride and also share your location with others.

Can we save our frequent addresses as favourites on the Happy Mobility App?
Yes. You can save your addresses as favourites and re-use the addresses multiple times to make multiple bookings.
